How about a little honesty in this Green Movement? I will point out a little of the dishonesty that we all have been seeing.
If you look at the Native Americans before the arrival of Europeans into North America, you will see that they contributed "zero" Carbon Dioxide into the atmosphere. They had zero affect on global warming what ever you feel is the cause. Why was that? It was very simple. They had a much lower quality of life than the new Europeans expected for themselves. They walked rather than rode on horses, trains or cars. If you are honest, then you know that all of this living high on the hog by the new Europeans are the cause of global warming if it is, in fact' happening. Now that you know a little about where this all started, what is the answer? "Lower the quality of life for the world!"
Where should we start? How about making new babies? Every time you make a new baby, you add another polluter and make global warming worse. How about houses? Why don't we limit the size of houses on the basis of how many people live in the house? Native Americans lived in tents made for animal skins. How about limiting the size of houses to 500 square feet per person who lives in the hose? I think that you know a few rich people who would have to down size. How about cars? Why don't we limit them to 1/2 car pers person? How about limiting the horse power to under 100 hp? How about private air planes? They put out tons of pollutants. I think you know a few loud mouths who would have to make major changes in their life styles. How about those second or third homes that many people have? Those should be against the law too.
I think that you are starting to see how these new Europeans are the real cause of pollution. In Central America where in many countries their populations have grown to over 1,000 people per square mile due to the Catholic church and their teachings, who was the original cause there? Before 1492, I am sure the population of those countries was much less. The quality of life may not have been so high either, but you already know how a high quality of life has impacted global warming.
One final point. If you or your green friends want to "do good", they first have to have extra wealth to finance their objective and if they make their country poor by their "do good" actions, it will kill their ability to help anyone. Remember the old expression that "to help someone, you have to first take care of the care giver".
PS---Remember the story about killing the goose that laid the Golder eggs? It looks like the Greenies never learned the story, because they are killing the "goose"!
