I was listening to a TV news show where they were asked to define the difference between the Republican and Democratic,parties and I realized that the big difference was the impact of efficiency. Now you ask, "What has efficiency to do with it?" I will explain, but first, a little back ground.
This is my rough definition of the major difference between the two parties and you may differ, but go along with me on this. First the Republican party. To me they are conservative when it comes to the economy and liberal when it comes to individual freedom. The Democrats are liberal when it comes to the economy and also liberal when it comes to individual freedoms. Let me use a couple of examples to make it clearer.
How about racism? Neither party supports any kind of racism and that is a fact. The liberals try to call and blame Republicans or anyone who disagrees with them a racist, but we all know that is not true. Both parties want the same thing when it comes to racism. Remember that a Republican freed the slaves. Lincoln was the first Republican President.
Look at the big infrastructure bill pass by the Democratic party? I don't think they got any Republican votes. They say that the way to help the citizens of the USA was for the government to give them money. What the Democrats fail to understand is that the government does not have any money. What they do is give other peoples money to their people. As it has turned out the government ended up borrowing the money on the people's credit card. The same think with the student loan forgiveness. The government borrowed the money that they then had banks loan to students and now the government still owes their creditors. Who do you think is one of our biggest creditors? China.
Here is where "efficiency" comes in to all of this. How do you really help students or anyone with a limited amount of real money. We are not talking about borrowed money that the government will never pay back.. The real question is, "What is the most efficient way to spend the limited amount of money that we have?" We know that the government is one of the least efficient spenders of our national resources and money is one of them. So how do we spend what we have in such a way as to get the most impact? Is it by private individuals or by the government bureaucrats? You know the answer. That is why we need to focus on "efficiency".
Following up on this point, I think you can see why the socialist or communist forms of government can not in the limit produce the same quality of life that the conservative or free enterprise system can.
The only thing that the government should be doing is making sure that a very few at the top of the food chain do not take over and that is what they are not doing. Look at Amazon, Apple , Google and a few other very very large and powerful companies are doing? They are in bed with the Democrats. They do not want a level playing field for the free enterprise system to work for the majority of people.
It is all about "Efficiency" and now you know why!!
