Here is the simple legislation that I think we need.
(1) To become a USA citizen you have to have at least one parent who is a citizen when you are born. You are no longer a citizen by just being born in the USA.
(2) After one illegal entry into the USA, you should be bared for life for ever becoming a citizen.
(3) No person should be allowed to become a USA citizen if they are from a country that has a median age of less than 25.
(4) Those who act as sponsors shall be bound by the rules above.
(5) No person over the age of 55 is allowed to apply for citizenship.
(6) Application for USA citizenship must occur before you are on USA soil,
I have a lot more, but we first need to agree on these basic rules.
