In the case of Obama and his administration, it is not "Who let the dogs out?" It is "who left the barn door open" in the first place. It seems that Obama and Hillary keep trying to sell the voters that all they need to do is to "close" the barn door after the horse is out when they were the incompetent people who let the door open in the first place. What the Republicans need to do in this next election is keep asking "Who?, Who? Left the door open". Real executives make sure the door is closed while incompetent executive promise to close it after the horse is out. Isn't that exactly what Obama and Hillary have been doing? I guess that it is clear that they are both incompetent as are the voters who voted them into office in the first place.
I would like to hear an add that started out with the familiar chant. "Who?, Who?" followed by another chant "Who left the doors open?", then a rapid list of all the times they both have left the doors open. It is a very long list.
